This house was built in the 1940s, it’s got a lot of problems, cracks in the ceilings, sagging ceilings from previous water damage. This house had tenants in it that were actually relatives and they did very little to clean or keep the house up. But that is aside from the deferred maintenance as well. A lot of times in older homes like this it becomes very difficult to keep and maintain when one thing happens it tends to lead to another. Sometimes it’s an act of God, sometimes it’s just a maintenance issue that went wrong like plumbing, and this has got those. Electrical, all kinds of things in a house of this age. I believe this house was built in 1947 and as we walk through you’re going to see that there was very little cleaned in this house, the plumbing is all blocked up now.
