Hello. My name is Peter Westbrook. I’m with Westbrook Real Estate Investments and I’m standing out in front of a house that I just purchased. It is a simple formula… We Buy Houses even ugly ones Sacramento.

The reason I’m making this video today is to introduce you to myself and also what I do. I am a cash home buyer in Stockton, Sacramento Modesto and Manteca, California. This house I just purchased, it needs a lot of work. It needs a lot of cleanup actually too. And as I go through here, we’ve got a little cat here.

Anyway, as I go through, you’re going to see what I’m talking about. There are foundation problems in this house. There’s patches. The ceiling is actually coming down in that area so all of this needs to be redone, paneling on the walls. This is a three bedroom, one bath. This is one of the bedrooms here. But as you’re going to see, this house needs a lot of work. The bathroom is actually blocked off because they had a backup and they basically forgot about it. The house has been vacant for around three months. They did rent it to a relative and sometimes that works and most of the time it doesn’t.

Anyway, they actually had to do an eviction on the relative, which is never good news. But you can see, this house has seen better days and it needs a lot of work and a lot of cleanup. There’s dry rot in the corner there by the sink, a lot of water leakage there. Then down in this area, this is a family room area and as I come down, there’s a fireplace as well. But here’s the other room. You can see it’s damaged in there. Concrete, if you could smell, you would smell what I smell. It’s not good. It just needs to be treated. But cracked concrete in the foundation. That is a closet over there, you could see. There’s cracks in the ceiling here.
