This house was actually inherited by a lady whose mother had passed away and the house had never been run through a probate.

One of the difficult things about inheriting a house in Stockton is the condition that you’re going to receive it, and that on top of the emotional wear and tear, especially if you grew up in a house. It makes it very hard to be able to part with whatever is here. Making it more so is if you live in the house and you haven’t done all of the things that are necessary in a house to maintain.
